I was let down by my experience here. It just didn’t feel worth it for me, and I expected better

I tried to return an item while I was still within the return window, it became way more frustrating than I expected. Maybe I wasn’t explaining myself clearly enough, or maybe I just caught them at a busy time, but getting a straight answer was such a pain. Emails took forever, and every reply seemed to tell me something different.
I’m still waiting on the refund, and it’s been much longer than I figured it would be. I know delays happen, and maybe I should’ve followed up sooner, but the whole thing has left a bad impression. Other people might have a smoother experience, but I personally wouldn’t order from core-gym.com again.

I’ve been trying these workouts and they’re decent. They do help, I mean—they definitely get you moving, but they can be tiring.

I ordered some gym gear from Core Gym and it’s been alright overall for what I paid. For some reason, after a few weeks of using it, one part started to feel a little loose. It still works fine, but I was hoping it would hold up a bit better. Not terrible, just kind of average

I bought this thinking it would be easy to move around, and I feel kind of stupid for trusting that. It’s not super heavy, but it’s awkward to carry and a pain to set up if you’re moving it often. It works fine once it’s in place, but the whole portability part was disappointing for me.

I reached out to support and never heard back from anyone. i was just trying to get a simple answer, so the whole thing felt like, why is this so complicated?

I ordered from core-gym.com and maybe I’m being a bit picky, but I was kind of disappointed with the quality. It looked decent when I first opened it, so I thought it would be fine, but after using it a few times it started to feel cheap and not that sturdy. A few parts didn’t fit together as smoothly as I expected either, and I don’t have the patience to keep messing with stuff like that. Delivery was okay, no real complaints there, but the product itself doesn’t seem like it’s going to hold up for long. I’d probably skip it next time...

I found core-gym.com just kind of annoying to use. The site loaded fine for me, but finding basic stuff took more clicks than I expected, and I kept feeling like things should’ve been easier to get to.

Some pages were just a bit confusing, and I had to go back a few times to figure out where I was. Maybe it gets better once you’re used to it, but for me it wasn’t a very smooth experience.

I felt like I was waiting forever for the package to arrive, and it definitely showed up much later than I hoped. That said, these things happen sometimes, and I’m glad it finally made it here

It’s a decent value overall, but i was kind of surprised it isn’t a little cheaper?! Still okay for what you pay.

I bought this thinking it would be simple to tuck away when I wasn’t using it, but that hasn’t been the case at all. It’s bulkier and more awkward than I expected, and it doesn’t really fit under my bed or in my closet without a struggle. Now it’s just sitting out and taking up space in the room. it made me trust the product description a lot less because it felt way easier to manage in theory than it actually is.

I picked up this Core Gym item and it does what it’s supposed to do, so I can’t really complain too much. The grip feels alright at first, but after using it for a bit, my hands start getting tired and I usually have to take a break sooner than I’d like.

The ergonomics are just okay for me. It’s not painful or anything dramatic, but it doesn’t feel as comfortable or natural as I hoped. For short workouts it’s perfectly decent, but for longer sessions, I do think a bit more attention to basic comfort would make it a lot better

I placed my order earlier in the week and kept an eye on the tracking over the next few days. Everything updated when it was supposed to, and the package showed up right on time. No delays or issues on my end, so overall it was a smooth delivery experience.
